Actually, no need to tell counter. Just ask for a Malay "girl". To the best of my knowledge, there is only one brown sugar there who is a post-op trans (by the name of Julia (I think)), the rest are all pre-ops. So quite easy. Just ask for brown sugar. If you are not sure, ask for them all, ;)
