Since arriving in GZ 9 months ago, I have not ventured anywhere further than 1-2 districts outside it (Apart from Zhuhai & Shenzhen). Shenzhen is a practically rip-off for any Made-In-China adventures.

I have had my fair share of GZ sexcapades as some of you might know but then SARS came along which led me to hibernation over the months.

Two weeks ago, I travelled to ZH for business. Called up my contact, Mr. Liu - he was more like an owner of taxi fleets rather than cab driver. As I've met him on my previous business trips, he has often promised to show me "High Time". When we met up this time, he wasted no time in showing me the goods. We drove about 3 kilometres before reaching outside some hotel backdoor. Out came 20 girls from the dark doors and Liu assured me that it wasn't the end, more to come, so take my time to choose :) Anyhow, I immediately took liking towards a taller girl from ShanXi - fair, tall with long hair. Liu told me that I could opt for 3some if I'd like, but I declined (read my other gz posts on 3somes) this time.

After supper, Liu dropped me off at the Hotel (BaySomething Hotel) and we checked in without fuss. The night was good. I won't go into much details, as it was normal but good. The girl was accomodating.

What I've gathered was that it is more lenient to screw in ZH and you will NOT caught pants down (pun intended) as there are privacy laws which forbid the raids on hotels (or so they say). Anyway, I paid RMB$800 for the girl and RMB$200 for the room (4 star). It was a good price as you would expect ZH to cost more than GZ. Next morning, paid her and she left.

Recommendation: Yes. Good selection of girls. Price is decent, not high but not low either.

Just two days ago, I was in Shin Tang for business. For those who don't know, ST is the home to 70% of the world's denim production. Shitloads of factories; big and small.

Anyway, after the usual courteosy meals and talks with the suppliers, they asked if I wanted to "RELAX". KTV or Massage? Well, I don't really like the KTV scene (hence no report from me on those), so I opted for Massage. They took me to this other place, "Tao Kai" (Cantonese) some 20 minutes from Dongguan. Just before reaching TK, I tot to myself "Oh no, not another dodgy back-alley "saloon" type place, but boy was I wrong. Coming into TK was like driving in the Nevada desert and crusing suddenly into the lively Las Vegas (I think its Nevada). Lights were litted as if I was in the streets of Mongkok, rows and rows of familiar hotels "Ibis, Grand Hyatt and even Mandrain Hotel". I too suddenly came alive as my guides told me "This my friend, is the real hidden gem of Guangdong".

It is reported that this place is considered one of the most liberated places in China, where the sex sells and cops shell. I think its more like "BIG BACKING" or even "GOVT OWNED". But who cares really... Imagine all these Hotels on the sidewalk of the multi-laned roads each have their own massage palours and KTV with tons of girls working in them. On the streets, girls are everywhere (as what I saw).

Ok, so....anyways, I was taken to this place Shan Hu Hotel, reknowned to be one of the three BEST massage haven. Got upstairs, we were greeted by 20 girls all lined up...and we were given fresh towels and escorted to the briefing room while the hostesses made pep-talk.

Once inside, the Manager would greet us and after asking the usual question, she called in the girls. OMG! We saw about 10 waves of girls (each wave about 8 or 9) and the good part is, you can SHORTLIST! This means, if you like wave 1 (girl 5), but want to confirm after you have seen only ALL, you can make her stay while you review. I shortlisted 2 and while waiting for the remaining waves, the 2 girls kept telling me that they recommend 3some..I mean, WOW! roflmao..This scenario is rare in China as normally the Mamasan would push us, not the girls. Anyway, I was impressed. Finally, I shortlisted about 5 girls now, and finally chose one of the original 2, and another one to do the "ShuangFei".

The whole session was based on GFE-Affectionate sorta treatment. I mean, the girls were professionals; never giggling or joking and were very dedicated in pleasing EVERY PART of your body. All the hot-tea/cold ice shit - u ask u get. Even tho I didn't try but they offered and the girls were VERY gentle. I screwed them totally 3 times. For most of these places, if you dont' have contacts, then I suggest you pay attention to the $$ rates and also your surrounding. SZ is well-known for ridiculous prices (Mainland Overall Standards). But you never know what you might just get. All in all, its worth the try just so long as you don't get into trouble. $$ can earn back, but all else..abit hard :) Good luck and hope to read your F.R soon :))

Some corrections, if you don't mind ....
The place is Hao Kai (in cantonese) or Houjie (in chinese)
Haven't tried the Shan Hu Suana, looks like a good bet.
Some tried and tested ones tat I would really recommend are
- Wu Long Hotel (5 dragon). Room + full service, that includes the fire and ice shit, BBBJ, AR, FJ etc for 550 RMB. Real value for money. Juz be brave and tell the mummy / managers what kinda of service you like.

You should also try the KTVs around there. If you are nice to the girl, you can have at least 2 shots if you decide to bring her out or stay at the suana rooms overnight. Damage is 1K RMB for the girl and abt 300 RMB for the room.

Well hopes this helps and have more fun in Dongguan. It is really kinda of like Sin City. With the $, anything goes ....

Since SARS, everyone seems to be staying away from Guangdong province; which can be a good thing for those of us who are permanantly here. Anyway, after a long break from cheonging, I recently went to Dongguan for business, and decided to drop by Houjie once again.

Went back to the same place. Called the sauna-supervisor beforehand to get 60% discount on the rooms. Since this is my 2nd time visiting, was more daring. The usual greetings and viewing of the rooms (Deluxe - 170-200rmb (180-240rmb for overnight and discounted) - (Superior - 240-280rmb - discounted)

Since last time took the deluxe, this time decided to go for Superior. The room is nicer and fittingly like a 4-star hotel. Girls came in as usual, wave after wave. The good thing is that you can ask the girls u like to stay as each wave is introduced then make the final selection later.

It really depends on where you are coming from: But 2. would be the cheapest. However, for me, I'll just get the driver to take me GZ to HJ - around 45minutes via express-way.

In a recent trip to Guangdong province, I dropped by Dongguan for a brief visit to see the sights and naturally to feed my needs. After alighting the train from Shenzhen to Dongguan, I took a 5 minute cab ride to Lion hotel (Siong Shi), which was supposed to be home to one of the 2 most established clubs in town according to Hong Kong friends. Being my first trip here, I realized that Dongguan looked reasonably well appointed. The street where the hotel was pretty active with plenty of restaurants and KTV joints. I noted a new hotel with pretty posh looking interiors (at least from the poster outside) which was fittingly called Virgin Hotel.

On arrival at the hotel, I checked in. Being a Saturday the room rates were much more expensive than usual. I paid about 350 RMB for a room which would have cost 150 RMB after discount on a weekday. The hotel was run down but clean and serviceable and I noted that it was also in the process of renovation. That renovation job included the sauna unfortunately. To cut a long story short, a pleasant walk and a good meal (plenty of seafood at a grand total of 80 RMB) later, I arrived back at the hotel ready to play. I did note that according to dated information I had, during the day, the streets were normal packed with pretty girls (SW or WG or mistresses of Hong Kongers). But to my disappointment, the streets weren't so crowded when I was wandering on a Saturday evening. I sure hope it wasn't a sign of more disappointment in the night.

I strolled into the KTV in Lion Hotel and was greeted by the usual fanfare you get in such places. The KTV room required a minimum 400 RMB consumption charge and in a few moments, I had my line-up paraded in front of me. Some 30 girls later, I settled on a delightful Hunan girl (a 7 in looks but a 9 in cuteness and playfulness factor). There was a floor show in the hall but I wasn't thinking about getting entertained anywhere but up in my room and so off the the room we went, after leaving a 200 RMB tip for the waitress who was extremely accommodating and double-teamed with the girl to play touch and feely games with me all night.

I shall spare the gory details but suffice to say I was sated by the morning (2 shots, once in the night and the second in the morning) and 800 RMB lighter in the wallet.

In summary, the experience was about a 7.5. Very much a GFE type of experience with a sweet little girl next door type. So no BJ but I had a good time so I guess it was worth the 2000 RMB or so spent in total inclusive of travel, accommodation, meals, and having a good time.

I stayed in GuangDong International Hotel whenever I am in GZ. It's a five star hotel which is very conviniently located. My customer got it for me for 410rmb per night (outside trade fair period).

I had no problem bringing in "companion" at anytime.

Unfortunately, its a horrible time to book a room during the trade fair. they charge exhorbitantly and almost nothing is below usd$200 a night for 4-5 stars.

whats worse, its all fully booked. remember during april, sars crisis caused alot of hotels cancellation, and i'm sure now that sars is gone, they're bound to go for the kill!!!

a decent place is New Pearl River Hotel - about 20 minutes from the city, and Girl-Friendly. Although its only 3 star, I usually will house some guests there once in a while....

Going to Dongguan by Train for HKIA is not a good way. The most efficent way is to take a long distance bus direct to Dongguan. It will save you lots of time, money and trouble.

Houjie is actually part of Dongguan and that it's where the 5stars action are. I guess you must be talking about other part of DG like TangSia, SinTang etc. right ???? The prices of accomodation, drinks and gals at these places are slightly cheaper. But defintely not as grand as the 5 Star action in Houjie.

If budget is not a very important issue I suggest you go HJ.... leave the other places for further trip. It's really depending on what you want.

Is it by Express bus to Sheung Shui, train to Lowu, clear HK and China custom, then train to DG ????

There is some cost saving this way than go by Express bus direct to DG...but I think it's not advisable for those who are traveling to GD for the first time and those with heavy languages. Too many change over.

anyway here's the info you need if you come from HKIA:

From the airport, take the MTR to Kowloon to change to the EAST line KCR.

Take KCR to Lowu station which is the border between Shenzhen and HK. It cost you less than HK30. Here you cross the immigration department into Shenzhen.

Once you get into mainland (shenzhen), look for the train station which has direct transit to Guangzhou. You can ask around but be real careful because a lot of tricksters there.

At the ticket office, ask for a ticket to Donguan, or Zhang Mo Tou. It will cost you less then Rmb70.

I've not been to Houjie before, thus do not know which station ( Dong Guan or Zhang Mo Tou) to stop. But I believe you if you stop at Dong Guan station, you can get a cab from there, prob cost you less then Rmb 20 to reach Houjie.

Remember, over you, must BARGAIN! If they see that you are foreigner and worst, first timer, they will "ciak" you...

If you have the time, do come down to GZ the next time, I can bring you guys around if you want!

Personally, I think the route you mentioned is not a good way for those who are new to SZ/GZ. The many changing of modes of transport can be quite stressful. I would suggest them, to take an Express bus from HKIA to DG. Only one stop at the HK/China checkpoint. Though it cost slightly more but it's more efficient and can save some time and much less stressful.

Another way I would proposed for the budget conscience one was to take a express bus to Sheung Shui than transfer to the train to the check/point in Lowu. From Lowu take a bus or a train to DG. But then again....many change of mode of transport and the need to look for train/bus station in SZ which can be quite a hassle.

I remember missing the train I am suppose to take to GZ when I was in SZ last month. The train station is very confusing... luckyly the next scheduled train is just 15 minutes later. But in the end I has to disembark from the GZ-East station instead of the Central station which my friend was waiting for me.

You are right, there are many con men and pick pockets around the train and bus station in SZ and GZ. Got to be careful and alert. Heard many stories of con job and item stolen by these trickers.

The Express long distance bus will take us right in front of most reputated hotels....Better pay for the "insurance".

I've been travelling between HK and GZ frequently over the past year. From my experiences, the most comfortable mode depends on your baggages.

Personally, for me, my most favourite route is Ferry (From Nansha Port to HK-TST). 1hr 15 minutes. No hassles. However, when you are carrying luggages, then its abit of a problem.

Bus ride is not exactly, imho, comfortable. Especially when you are at DG / SZ / HK borders - where you have to lunge your luggages out of the coaches, and run for immigration, then catch back onto the coach. Anyway...for me, it was hell on my 1st trip, and it was certainly my last choice.

Trains are good and fast as well.......as what pepewaio mentioned. KCR to Lowu station. Then crossing SZ border, and catching the train to GZ East for Guangzhou, DG Station for Houjie.

The train ride is around 45 minutes from SZ to DG and the taxi is about 20 minutes to HJ. ZMT is further..both ways.

A firend of mine just came back from GZ. He told me he directly into GZ trasnsisting one hour in Bangkok through Thai airway. Guess how much ??? S$385 excluding tax.

Wow...it's a good deal considering that he need not go thru the hassle of taking the transport from HKIA to GZ/DG.

Moreover, he got a free stopover : two nights in Bangkok for what he called a "change of taste" before coming back.

I will sure try this way the next time, I am going to GZ or DG....

Frankly, I hated the HKIA......it's just too far ...out in the nowhere.
Even flying thru Macau is a better alternative......unless we need to be in HK.

Yes. I just called my regular TA. But unfortunately TG is fully booked to the hilt for my dates. Would have love to do this route, avoiding the hassles. But mine is a bit tricky cos my homebound trip would be from HK.

$385? That's a fantastic price. I was quoted $465, excluding taxes.

No choice, have to do CX, using HK as the anchor. Anyway the HK/Taiwanese should be back from Taipei.:D

SZ also got many good places that can provide good fun....particularly their suburb like Boaan, Sha ghui etc.. SZ very is big.

Me travelled to SH very often too. Though is a good playground but it's getting very too costly liao. For a high end KTv like TienSanRenZhan, the gals are asking for RMB2000 for overnight. It used to be rmb1200. Me rather bring my own "cow" when I am in SH.....To me, the southern China ie SZ, DG & GZ are more fun......anytime.

Your timing is way out. The Airport Express to Kowloon point takes around 40 minutes. Then you got to take a free Airport Express Shuttle Coach to the RED MTR: Tseun Wan Line which may take you around half an half (plus waiting time for the Shuttle), from the red line you have to change to the green MTR : Kun Tong line to get to Kowloon Tong. Then you have to embarked on the KCR rail to Lowu. You will be lucky if you can arrived Lowu in two and half hours. If you are carrying a baguage .... There even more hassle. HK's MTR is alway packed. It's crazy ......Taking this route is defintely out of the mind.....You will be drained before you reached the SZ hotel. Don't know who recommend you to this route. There are many other better routes.

I would like to try the most recent introduced "sea route" which was started only last month.

From Shanhu, I was speaking to one of the managers; she told me that the girls have been moved to another floor for operation and all of them have "converted" to strictly massage only.

However, how long this will take, no one knows. So any bros heading down to HJ, please keep that in mind as you might be unfruitful.

There were some last minute changes and I was to stay put in SZ and commute to GZ using the railway. Further, my last leg was to be in HK.

Surprisingly the HKIA->CTS(coach to Shangri La)->SZ approach was pretty hassle free, in fact quite smooth. The only snag was the waiting time for other passengers (wasted 20 minutes on some middle-east dudes and another 20 minutes stucked in the rush hour traffic). Total time taken was about 3+ hours.

Shang was the best alternative as GZ hotels were either fully booked or 3-times the usual price. By rail, Shang was only about an hour away.

Just visited Houjie a few days ago, the Shanhu 'zhuren' told me that everything is back to normal now. Well, I verified that. :D

In fact, these massage joints would never get raided cause they got powerful 'backing' from the military. They closed a few days after the incident cause they were scared some media people would come.

Well, that's what she told me, I dunno whether she's telling the truth or not. ;)

From HKIA, I normally take the Airbus A43 to "Sheung Shui" then then KCR to Lowu...then a taxi to hotel in SZ. Total time :Less than 2 hrs..... This is the more efficent way I know so far.......

Some basic info I gathered from a recent trip to Houjie / ShanHu

I took taxi to and from Houjie.
Shen Zhen -> Houjie by taxi. ~80min (roadworks). RMB 260
Houjie -> Shen Zhen BaoAn Airport. 45min. RMB 160 (via a local)

In Houjie, main form of transport is via motor-taxi.
RMB 3 in the day and RMB 5 in the night.

Changping is also part of Dongguan and is just 30 mins away from GZ by train. You can come to Changping on 20th and spend a night there and proceed to HJ the next day.

Overnight is 800. However I was "stucked" with the girl for the whole of next day and night (most of the time in bed). I stayed 2 nights actually. On the second night I think I gave the girl about 500 rmb.

There are several bus services that take you from DG to ZH.

DG is a big place I do not know where you are and do not know how to advise you. But if you are going for an exhibition then I think most probably you will in HouJie. There a bus terminal that has "big" buses running every half an hour to Zhu Hai just about % minutes by taxi from Jai Hua Hotel which opp the main exhibition Hall. It's actaully in between Jai Hua hotel and the new Sharaton Hotel. Just asked the hotel reception or any taxi drivers they can tell you. It's cost around 25RMB per trip lasting around 1 hr...very comfortable and safe. Many of my taiwanese friends have been using this bus rides on their en-route to Taiwan from Macau . They has stopped using HK for long time liao.....One thing you have to make sure is that the bus must be the "big- 40 plus seater" type....

If you are travelling from ZH to DG....then the direct bus service is near the Macau - ZH check point. It's on the left6 hand side if you are facing the N-ZH check point. You cannot miss it as you can see many big buses there.......

You guys going ZH now ???? From my information from a few reliable sources, the "Sau Wang" or anti-vice campaign is not over yet... In today's paper, the ringleaders of the orgy is just jailed for life. ZH is still not a good time to go. It's better to play it safe than sorry. To me....ZH defintely out at this moments .....

For HouJie, I do not know any "pick up" street like the ZH's Lian Hua Lu.

But of course there are many pick up strreets in our part of DG like Changping, Xin Tang, ChangMuTol etc.....

If you like Pick up or Street Walkers(SW) then I think you should like Fa-Langs.....Generally, picking up gals in Fa-lang are safer and service level are more predictable. At lease you got the Shop and muumy to turn too if "somethiing" happen.

Anyhow, you got to take extra precaution on your belonging. I know of a friend being "strip clean" by a SW in ShenZhen. Another thing...never....never follow a SW to their place. Honestly, I don't now much about SZ. I've only been there to cheong like 3-4 times and its always a guided tour by friends there. SZ isn't that bad, just not to my taste.

Your best bet is to stick with the KTVs since you are new. Pay the avg , not more not less. Don't carry so much cash lor. You should be fine lah. I'll try and see if my friends can give me some lobangs to pass you. Happy bonking!!!!

Was in SZ for a day trip a couple of months back. Similarly brought by a friend. Initially tried to go to a street of FL (saloons), but the whole streets FLs were closed down by some raids.

Next went to a HC in a hotel. Rate is 300 RM including HJ. However the girls here only to specials to HK and foreigners.

The fastest way is to take an express bus from GZ. The last time I did that was two years ago.

The bus terminal is located quite near Bai Yun hotel (White Cloud Hotel) in Wansi Lu. Not sure if it is still there. Around an hour journey if my memory didn't failed me.

Firstly, I dunno about Bai Yun buses (Huan Shi Zhong Lu - opposite Garden Hotel).

However, here are a few options for buses:

- Tian He Ke Yun Zhan (Near Tianhe Bei Lu)
- Sheng Qi Che Zhan (Opposite GZ Train Station)
- Haizhu Ke Yun Zhan (Guangzhou Dadao Nan) RMB$30 to ShiXi (ZS) - Tel: +86-20-84013401/7

Your best alternative is to try Luoxi Bridge in GZ. There are alot of cabs there heading for Zhongshan and Dongguan, and you can get a bargain with cabs returning to their cities. Usually, won't cost more than 300rmb

ZMT is basically mini-HK back in the early 90s. Lotsa chio bus as plenty of HKs and Taiwanese men live there.....However, the real place to cheong is a nearby town called Changping....

my advize to all bros is to stay away from dongguan and many of the hotels in HJ as raids were conducted big time over the past 2 weeks.

sheraton girls costing more is because they are newer girls; when I mean newer, i don't mean virgins. Most of them are simply new faces who joined from another parlour in other provinces. Also not necessarily better skills.

2000rmb is high by all standards. Just ask Bro Jans (1.5k for 1st class model cat) haha!!!!!!

Staying with family / GF: Garden Hotel / China Hotel (Rest I haven't stayed @ before) - 5 Star

For cheonging only: Landmark, Baiyun, Holiday Inn, Riverside (Intl 3 to 4 Star)

For business: White Swan (exceptional) but abit far from the main city area (Intl 5 Star)

Since I was permanantly based here, I do not live in Hotels anymore. However, I've tried all of the above. Most 4 stars and below are Girl Friendly. Those like China Hotel, White Swan...alittle harder.

- Raids are conducted randomly. However, if you wanna cheong MPs, then HJ or DG is probably your best place to go. In HJ, goto Shanhu or Sheraton - presumably the same owner, he also has very strong backing. So usually, at most the MPs are restricted to just standard massage, rather than you getting caught with your pants down.
- To get to Changping, usually what you can do is, take a train from GZ to ZMT (50 bucks, 50 minutes ride). Then take a cab from there, 20-30 minutes.

I was there for 5 days about two months ago. Unfortunately, both Sheraton and SanHu were "closed" for happenings. I then made a last attempt at Jia Hua and they allowed the two Taiwanese men before me to enter through a special door but not me. Spent that few days "da fei ji" and felt frustrated.

Is there any way to get through the "gatekeepers" at SanHu, Sheraton or Jia Hua? If not, may have to try other locations like Shanghai or Hangzhou.

Honestly, they are just about the same. Because when DC opened, most of their Supervisors are pulled from other HCs, for instance like Miss Lu and a few others that I know off.

However, what is important is that with the new HCs, their quality should be better for now (otherwise why open?). ALso, their rooms are nicer, bigger and they are more attentive in all ways. Not to mention facilities are also 5-star.

Shanhu is considered Old and Used. The girls tho, are rotating. When places like Sheraton or DC are opened, the rooms, facilities, faces are new..but at the end of the day, the girls tho my friend....aren't. So its your luck...Try it and you'll know.

Bottom line is, I've visited many HCs around and I must say, the average standard in the Dongguan area are pretty much SOP and good. So if its on my list of recommendation, I doubt you can go wrong.

which s/w here is useful:

The rest are written in Chinese (4 of them)

I have been taking the western health supplements including vitamims and minerals for quite some time liao. It seems to work for me.

But I really not sure about the chinese health supplements. If they are produced using the traditional "herbal" method than it's defintely ok.....but nowadays, many Chinese medicine tends to mix their contents with "western" stuff which sometime can be "disastrous" like the Slim10 case.

For the Chinese Viagra, a US friend of mine who is a chemist told me that his and him colleage has done tests on a few brands of Chinese Viagra (Wei Ge wang" . The result was that they contained between 20 to 40% of the "active ingedrent" found in a real viagra. So that's how effective these Chinese Viagra are limited !!! Anyway, the Chinese Viagra are so cheap as compared to the real ones.....so who care.

According to my Chinese friends, almost all chinese viagra sold in the China market are neither illegal or approved by the health authourities. The addresses written on the packaging are either incomplete or non existence. We got to be real careful when taking it...... it's 100% at our own risk...........
