One well known spot for ladyboys in KL is the area between Lorong Haji Taib 1 and 2 in the Chow Kit area closer to the big car park in front of the EON bank at Jalan Sri Amar. See picture links and google map below. Around 4pm on Haji Taib 1 I saw about a dozen ladyboys, at least half good lookers, slim, nice boobs and pretty. Haji Taib 2 had about half a dozen.
They were mostly local with some Indonesians. They ask anything from RM 50 to RM80. I'm told the ladyboys work in three "shifts". Roughly from 4pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am, 7am to 4pm. Judging by the area the rooms would be something like JB's Susor Empat and Rowell, so don't expect luxury. The area is close to a popular pasar malam and lots of makan is available nearby. There have been case of pickpocketing so do not bring large amounts of cash or valuables. Cheers all. ;)

Stumbled upon this same place some 1 and a half year ago.
Rooms cost about RM5 including a CD
The selection(during that time) was a whole lot more, at least 30{i was there about 3am}.
This entire place really reminds me of the Desker Road LB scene in the early to mid 90's, where the Indo LBs dominated the entire stretch closer to Mustafa, including the backlane opposite where the coffeeshop is currently. However the difference is during the 90's, we can go around testing the product and have a quick (or maybe not so quick 5mins) free rubba with the LBs before deciding to take them or not.
Here at KL, because the area is kind of bright (especially near the carpark), so not much hanky-panky. But the selection is very good, considering RM50 as the average price.
Room is not exactly small, just like a normal geylang room (if my memory serves me right)
Taking 2 LBs at one go is quite common there, in my brief visit, seen 2-3 Indians taking 2 LBs up at a go.
Too bad, only tried once there, as I mentioned, I stumpled accidentally on my last night there.
Have been thinking about that place, and will love to go back there again.

i am a fans for CHOW KIT LB, however the quality was drop along this years. still remember they were few model alike LB 1-2 years back.
i saw some pretty LB around Mutiara Complex, is there any happenings?

Yes bro kypdurron, this is exactly why I caution never to bring large amounts of cash or valuables near here. The same goes for Susor Empat in JB.
For the first timer going alone go in the late afternoon there still is a good selection.
Walk around the whole area, I also saw more lbs at the back of Lorong Haji Taib 2. I understand a few more are available in the surrounding area.
I've also heard of ladyboys in the Ampang area. Anybody got info?

Hi All,

New to this site but just returned from KL and had a great time.
I was only there for a short time and did not really now the place so I stayed in Bukit Bintang, was not aware of the areas you are talking about, (Chow Kit).
Still managed to find a red light area of sorts with many stunning Malay TS girls on the streets. I say streets it was actually a single road in front of flats etc, very residential, (not up-market!). As for price they were asking for about 200 but ended up paying 100.
The place is near Raja Chulan monorail station. Had the pleasure of a few girls company and was evan taken back by one of the girls to her condo on the outskirts of town. Got evan better when her friend came in as well! Spent the rest of the night and the whole of the next day with the two of them totally free.

Ya, I understand there's actually about 4 or 5 spots in Kuala Lumpur for ladyboys. There's another in front of the KL Sentral station which few people mention.
