Basically it depends on how much money you are willing to spend. The girls normal fee for example the ang pais is 50. This is for one shot which is usually done in 20 mins. If you pay 150 you get one hour or 3 shots.

This is a theory that is really in principle only. Better you try a one shot 20mins deal first and if you click with the girl come back and negotiate another day.
