If you are really reading tis, then you should see tt your reputation thingy might not work for the following reasons...

1. For some newbie, if you dun tell them off straight, they might never know wat they did wrong. I only wonder what does the "reason for disapproving" field shows to the newbie.

2. Newbie might not realise and might not even care about their reputations.
