SPA Starts early ?

I notice that most SPA in JB, the girls starts coming in pretty late (refering to Ang-pai's)

Can some one point me to the SPA that has most of their girls coming in say about by 1 pm?

I think most girls will try to come in before 3 pm preventing a fine from the SPA management.

I think u gotta ask yourself, what time do people normally go cheong? Seldom do people go at 11am.
