I think Petain will be there as long as the owner refuse to sell to developer as those shop houses there are privately owned. But if some developer come with attractive offer for the land, then it will be gone and hopefully it will be re-located.

Anyway, KS is gone because the owner of those legal house are getting old and anti-vice do not allow them to transfer to others plus biz also very slow so no choice got to close shop and retired.
