I had checked in my flight earlier this morning and my flight was confirmed. Upon reaching the gate on time I made many calls and got the following voice message:

This was when I knew that I was indeed going to fly with the latest jet in your fleet. It was indeed the biggest plane I have even seen! After a good 25 mins, your staff finally answered my call and asked me to wait further as there may have been a flight delayed. Some moments followed and somehow we managed to take off. I didn't even know the plane has taken off or why, it must certainly been a
smooth take off.
I must say that I am truly a supporter of your Airline to have flown with you at least 4 times.
