Utopia is always a hit and miss place. traffic is horrible in that vicinity so seldom hang out there.

Agreed that tarawadee is over-rated but amsterdam is over-the-hill rated and their service sucks ....
i don't mind paying top dollar for top service but amsterdam is a rip-off ..

Utopia is not bad too but traffic is not so convenient ...
