Answer to your first question- then it will be dependent on the police on whether they will want to press charges of gross indecency. Normally if you co-operate with them fully on the charges against the gals, they may (may only hor!) let you go with a warning but your name will be in their records.

Answer your 2nd question - No, HC is not a authorised boundary, the only place in Singapore is the designated brothels (e.g. geylang, petain...ETC)

I agree with you that in China, unless you are a foreigner and your girl partner is a foreigner, if you are caught with a Chinese girl (unless you can produce your marriage cert with her), you will be brought back and fine, thus, the best way is to make sure that both of you know each other info such as names, age , addresses etc...

However this is quite tedious, the best way is not to check into hotel but go to the girls apartment, then it is safer in China.

Looks like TN is quite a different animal from HC. HC have got to book in and book out. And most HC got attached shower in the room. I thought TN are basically massage establishment too, but seems to be not governed by the same HC rules. Maybe, TN are registered as traditional healing or therapeutic centres and not as massage centres.
