I am not sure the one that provide advise that 12-3pm is a safe timing leh. To my knowledge, AV action has no time restriction one. However, prevention is better than cure. Do not rule out all possibly.

Yes, with an 11B, you are considered "belonging" to the govt irregardless you NSmen or regular...thus its not 11B cannot stand bail, its civil servant cannot stand bail....

What Is The Process Of Granting Police Bail?

When Police bail is offered, the person arrested can contact a bailor. The bailor must be either a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, and more than 21 years old.

The bailor will have to satisfy the Police that he is suitable to provide bail. A bailor may show his ability to stand bail by depositing cash, or producing fixed deposit certificates, bank passbooks, car log books, title deeds to a property, share certificates or other valuables. A bailor should also bring along his NRIC as proof of identity.

If the amount of bail exceeds $10,000, a company or a business may stand as bailor. The company's stamp will be needed. The authorised signatory of the company will have to sign the documents.

The conditions of release on bail and the date of attendance at the Police station or court will be explained to the person arrested. A copy of the bail will be provided. Another copy will also be given to the bailor.

Once the bail has been processed, the person arrested will be released from Police custody, subject to the following conditions:

What Are The Duties Of A Bailor?

The bailor must ensure that the person bailed attend at the Police station or court as required. The bailor must also ensure that the person complies with the conditions of the bail. If the person on bail fails to turn up when required, the bail sum can be forfeited by the court.

What Happens When The Person On Bail Does Not Report At The Police Station On The Given Date And Time?

If on the given date and time, the person bailed does not appear in the Police station:

The Police will apply to the Court for a warrant of arrest. He may also be charged in court for his non-attendance for which he can be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1 month or with a fine which may extend to $500 or with both; and
The bailor will be required to show cause to the Court why the bail amount or any part thereof should not be forfeited.

I do not agree with you bro. There's no such thing, unless you are a minor, below 16 years of age, then your parents will be asked for station bail. I'm married and I was asked whether do I need to contact my wife or friend to bail. I chose the latter.

Ya I'm aware and sorry bro. It is not an offence during raid, section 32 to be found in the presense of any FL. There is currently no Laws on the matter. What I meant is that if she's a illegal FL and was caught during raid, then it is categorised under Immigration Act (Cap 133). Unavoidable problems will arises when the I/Os will question your relationship with the FL. Afterwhich they will still release you with or without station bail. (Maybe CPopper may add on.)

I answer this based on the earlier reply which one bro posted. He responded that those married men require their spouse to bail them out when caught by AV with a FL with invalid travel document.
