What to do during AV raid?

Hi Bro,

I have been reading this HC forum since sammyboy started but have not really started any Thread. So this is my first posting.

I always wonder what will happen to us during an AV raid? Do we get fine, jail or any unexpected event that will happened?

Hope to receive contribution/informations from bros who have some advice to share. And hope it helps to get cheongster like us stay out of trouble if we are really caught with our pants down.

Actually nothing will happen...only our IC number will be taken down and be sure to fill up the real name and Ic number at the counter. If it does not match, then will be in serious trouble... You will have to be bailed out. But the girls will be in serious problem... they will be fine and deported back to their country. Unless you are brave enough to say that you are actually raping her. Then it will be another way round. She is safe while you will be put behind bars. Hope that helps!

I always thought the 'register-in' form is for nothing .. so just anyhow write a name and I/C number .. now I know liao.

Last time I went the pros register herself. Is that ok?? I think that is better. Some hotel very stupid one, they kept your ic some just record and pass it back 2 u.

From now onwards, I never let ppl keep my IC .. esp. these kind of places because a lot of ha-voc will surface once your I/C is misplaced while under their custody ... very risky arh

i always think.... if that day something serious happened in the HC, rape... robbery... fighting etc... the police/AV then check every name and detail on the register list and start nabbing, then i become sibei sway if i registered my real details, right?

If i understand correctly, we are supposed to register our real name n IC#... Even 2 receptionists told me so on 2 separate occasions. So the question is this: Is there a law that says we have to do so?

As for whether you will go scot free if you are nabbed, it depends on whether you are caught in a compromising position... Because HCs ARE DISALLOWED TO PROVIDE SEXUAL SERVICES! So if you are nabbed song-song-long-long-ping-ping-pong-pong on the mattress, then like what bro-Mahalosux wrote, get ready to have your bailor n lawyer ready to provide you special service.... I was told by a friend who is on the Force (police, not star wars) that there is a law (MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS ACT and MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS RULES) that says that the owner has to maintain a register of clients:

So it's the owner's duty to ensure you provide the right particulars. If he doesn't, he can have his licence revoked.

Apparently, the whole point of the register is so that if one of the HC girls has STD, they can contact you.

Some bros are not comfortable because they feel they can be "traced". If the authorities contact your home, and you're not in, then how? OC will answer the phone.

On the other hand, if you are cheonging halfway and AV comes, nothing much you can do about it. They will look at your IC anyway. Worse, if you don't write down your real particulars, they will not like it.
