I don't think you need to top up for costume request. Most ML are willing to accommodate so long the require costume is available. Best is to let them know during booking. So far I have tried Hope, Peace and a few, they will revert back what is available.

I tried Candi once during her 1st tour, she belongs to the auto nude type.
