Very true. It's all about timing. Quite a fair bit of better ML whom chose to go back when all the covid restrictions started may have gambled wrong on hindsight. Had they stayed, the businesses confirm bloom. But this new housing clampdown may really kill this scene further, as it is already tough for girls to get a condo to operate, now more condo owner will be wary. Let's hope okts can find innovative way to get around it. Else I fear the golden era of ML market is truly over.
