Yes, in Makati. The Typhoon is gone and the rain in Manila has stop....at least from morning to afternoon when I flew back.

you need to be street smart and dont every try to be an hero,end up being a ZERO...dont get too friendly and always keep ur distance with the guys.dont go alone after dawn and always travel in a pair or in a group..its not dat frightening if u know how to behave and carry urself and adopt urself th the environment...
