Client's concern and interest were not addressed, instead the Professional was solely focus on cross-selling and in this case upselling which could potentially make the Client feel repulsive.

The Professional's approach to the Client's concern and interest must be genuine and understanding. The challenge is no longer about how to cross-sell or upsell because this will lead to a pushy selling style.

she will usually ask for 200 but haggle down to 150 and make sure you specify not to rush service. Tried her couple of days ago and it was ok. Service wasn’t rushed. However when I initially quoted 100, she said it will be fast. hope this helps
