Very discreet, but before I can go in, another bro went in before me and they lock door and switch off the open sign.

Waited for 30mins, think that bro enjoying himself, so I didn't wait and left

Bistros shd be able to operate like before in Phase 3, but I am certain there will be regular stricter checks from authorities, to catch possible violations of safe distancing
