sure the moneylender in vietnam can sue her in vietnam for not being able to pay off her debt under the IOU. if the moneylender wins the case, the vietnam court will probably allow the moneylender to cheong kong any assets like property that she may have in order to satisfy the debt and legal costs.

but neither the vietnam moneylender nor the vietnam courts can ask the singapore government to deport her from singapore back to vietnam based on that moneylending case even if she loses.

the only way the vietnamese girl will get deported is if she commits on offence in singapore (like overstaying her visa or other offence) and got charged for it by our singapore court. then it will be jail and after that, straight away deport back to vietnam.

firstly i think the moneylender in vietnam will visit her house , then raid , threaten the family .

then the vb will ask the husband to sent money go back , depend on loan from who .. loanshark ... then lan lan pay lor .

if licence money lender , sure got land , motor , iphone or whatever kept there

Sorry to sidetrack here, my sister in law thought of coming to sillypore next month. She was caught during one of the raid and deport back to Vietnam the following day. I was lucky not to be her sponsor the last time. I understand from her that ICA impose one year ban(dun know where she get this information from). Now she is coming with her baby in tow(about three month old). She promise she will just come here to stay with us and enjoy our company and not doing any illegal things. I like to know how to apply for her stay here and what documents do I need? Must I go down to ICA personally or can apply online? Thanks Bros in advance for help.

• She might has violated some regulation in sillypore

• She might be caught for doing FL or whatever

Nevertheless it is so easy for the ICA department to send you a "unsucessful" application that they do not need to face any audit then a "sucessful" one. Unless you push hard enough

I wish to add there will be no information you will get from Ica as I know they refuse entry to many girls everyday that is coming to sg. Even working or not working. Even my wife aunt that is coming to visit that is 54 years old was being depart back.

Yes. There is definitely a record in ICA . Forever ? Yes n No ... Depends on severity.

I have a friend who wife is banned for more than 3 years. Although allowed to marry but LTVP is denial ... After Rd of rd of appeals, final gotten her LTVP. When come to PR, there will be another struggle again.

I know of one case where her PR was not approved until 20 years later when both her sons have completed their NS.
