u can try to appeal straight on level 2 or 3.. take no. & meet officer..

anyway, ur problem most prob is same as mine... must got min. 6 mth break between the 2 visits.. that's that the officer told me when I appealed.. she advised me to go quickly register marriage if want her to visit easier..

well, was successful as by the time i appealed, it was 5 mths+ from her last departure.. but, doesn't work everytime.. also gotta see luck

Need some advise here. Thanks.

I got to know a FL here. She came here to work as a full-time but did FL after work. One day, she was caught by police at her place.
It seems that the pass she applied to work here was not the actual one she received.
Now she is awaiting for the case to be closed.

May I know what punishment she will face and also whether she will be ban from entering SGP forever? if not, then how long for the ban?
How long more can she stay here?

If she was not charged with criminal offence then the case will be wrapped up with just a fine and/or jail term. If no fine then will just be deported if she has money to by ticket or ask her to find friends to buy ticket to fly home.

If she faced criminal offence then case can be long and difficult and she had to engaged lawyer to fight.

Depends on severity of the case she will face a ban of 3 to 10 years from entering Singapore and the ban is subjective to ICA.

Hi Bro Surescore, thanks for your reply.

At the moment, she have to go to MOM to get her document validated, during one of the visits back, the officer explain that she might only be deported.
If this is the case, what will be the severity of the offence ?
Is it still 3-10 years ban ?
Anyway to remove the record ?

Any records with ICA is permanent. The ban is really at the discreet of ICA.

from what you said, it doesn't sound good at all.
If the record is gonna be permanent, she may not be able to enter SGP at all even if her ban is over.

Is there no way at all to go about reducing the sentence or the record ?
