I am at the other end of the line from him... many times my booking delayed because he pushed back all bookings so that his friend can go in without waiting... kns

but thats life... have connection no need wait.

dont know who is Mike, but Tan is great. always spot on with the selection. sometime I let him arrange for me without asking specifically, looks are subjective but still get good service from the girl at least.
