How to you describe it. The way they dress, their actions, looks, the whole vibe.
The dad was only caring for the son, the mum looks a bit slow, she was wearing something along a hand me down, which is very oversized and not something her age will be wearing.

The only person who looked normal in the family was the girl and her brother.
