According to several school chatgroups,
Market crashed for Sec 1 posting (2025-intake)

Record in-take of foreign students (defined as children whose parents not born locally), some exempted from second language
Many 2024 P6 Dragon Year babies unable to enter preferred school due to surge in Cut-of-Point (COP).
COP is either unchanged or spiked (more difficult) for almost all schools, hinting to surge in demand across the board.
