Barcelona 1 - 0 Alavés : Lewandowski strike gives Barcelona 1-0 win

Robert Lewandowski's second-half strike secured a 1-0 win for Barcelona against Alavés on Sunday, as the third-placed hosts reduced their gap with LaLiga leaders Real Madrid to four points.

Pedri's lofted ball from the left reached Lamine Yamal whose cross took a deflection off Nahuel Tenaglia and found Lewandowski who volleyed home from close range.

Valencia 0 - 5 Barcelona : Ferran Torres hat trick leads Barca to 5-0 Copa romp

Forward Ferran Torres scored a hat trick in the first 30 minutes to lead an imperious Barcelona to a 5-0 rout of Valencia in the Copa del Rey quarterfinals on Thursday.

Playing in his home town against his childhood club, Torres scored from a quick counter-attack in the second minute and extended the lead in the 17th when he fired home a rebound from a Lamine Yamal strike that ricocheted off the post.

Fermin Lopez scored the third in another counter five minutes later and Torres gave Barca a four-goal lead on the half-hour mark with a strike from the edge of the box.

The visitors took their foot off the gas after the break but Yamal added a fifth goal in the 59nd minute with help from Valencia goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski, who made a howler when Yamal's shot deflected off his gloves and into the net.

Sevilla 1 - 4 Barcelona : Barcelona beat Sevilla despite red

Barcelona earned a hard-fought 4-1 win at struggling Sevilla on Sunday thanks to goals by Robert Lewandowski, Fermin Lopez, Raphinha and Eric Garcia to edge them closer to the top of the LaLiga standings.

Lewandowski gave Barca the lead from close range in the seventh minute but Ruben Vargas hit right back to equalise for the home side from a quick counter one minute later.

Lopez came off the bench and put Barca back in front two minutes after the break and Raphinha extended their lead in the 55th minute with a brilliant strike from outside the box.

Five minutes later, Barca were reduced to 10 men after Lopez was shown a straight red card for a studs-up challenge on Djibril Sow, but the visitors held off Sevilla and managed to score their fourth through Eric Garcia's header in the 89th minute.
