If you hang around there long enough you will see a POSB ATM in a carpark behind those blocks in JE central (Not the muti-storey) If you are facing the ATM machines,just turn to your back and it's on the far left corner unit (entrance is from the back of the block) As for the actual address,think you can refer to the first post from the thread starter.
