Re: Batam Info Thread
An Incomplete FR on 12th Jan 2012 SBF Group Outing in Batam – Part 1
The Date is 12th Jan 2012… The Day is Thursday… The Meeting Point is The TuckShop @ Harbourfront Cruise Centre (opposite WaveMaster counter)… The Meeting Time is 0930 hrs… The Mission is … To Penetrate and Conquer a minimum of 12 pussies in Batam! I had just finished work at around 0600 hrs that morning but I didn’t dared to take a nap for fear of oversleeping and miss the auspicious time. So, I took my time to iron my clothes, pack my bag (not forgetting the “rubber”) and set off for HBF at 0830 hrs. Shortly after I reached HBF, I received a sms from Commander ndnd asking me whether had I reached HBF and that he will be slightly late due to some last minute issues. No worries… Since I had not eaten my breakfast yet, might as well take the time to grab a sandwich while waiting. (Side note: The sandwich at The TuckShop is really value for money.) Slightly passed the arranged meeting time, ndnd finally arrived. This is the first time I came face to face with him. However, offline, I had been whatsapp’ing him for the past few months. Of ndnd, I do not know him personally. But during the past few months, he has been extremely helpful whenever I had to confide with him regarding my issues with my ex-cewek. Thank you Bro. You know I really meant it. Anyway, once he appeared, immediately heroes from all directions begin to come together for a single purpose… Make some simple introductions and handshaking with fellow brothers here… Sorry bros, due to lack of sleep, I had a difficult time linking real names to forum nicks then. In fact, later in the night outside Pacific, a couple of you mentioned to me that I looked so different from the morning version (which basically has a black black face…). Ok, first thing first, to get to Batam, we have to settle the ferry issue. And it’s at this moment that ndnd dropped a bombshell on me.. That he cannot take WaveMaster to HabourBay and the problem is that I had already purchased the ferry ticket for this trip. We went through different options, ranging from me going Batam and checking into the hotel first…to having a few bros come with me since I knew the location of the hotel too. (You guys see.. The hotel is so new in Batam that none of the bros present had any idea where the hack it is… And I happen to be in Batam recently and conversed with ndnd on the hotel location..) Before we made any decision, I proceeded to WaveMaster counter and enquire about cancelling the purchased ticket and using it for another trip. Turn out that I can actually just cancel it for $5 and then use it later on. It will be an “Open Date Ticket” lor. So, for $5, problem solved. Ndnd, it’s fine. No worries about this issue. We understand the reason why you can’t go through Habourbay. It’s for the very same reason why I had to divert my Simpati due to another cewek (other than my pre-booked one) who kept asking for my location that day. So, problem solved and happily we proceed to Penguin’s counter to purchase our ferry tickets. Problem No. 2: The gate for the scheduled ferry had already closed and the next ferry is 1 hour later. Nevertheless, we managed to persuade the counter staff to allow us to buy the tickets based on the promise that we check in IMMEDIATELY, See? No problem is BIG enough to stop this group of eager (Read: horny) SBFers. So, all issues cleared and problems solved. Again, happily, we proceeded to check in, clear immigration and board the ferry. Once inside the ferry, Commander ndnd expertly led the entire squad to the 2nd level (which is supposed to be the Smoking Area). It really felt like ndnd had pre-booked the entire 2nd level for just us as the other passengers are happy to stay downstairs. End of Part 1 Folks, I will stop here for the moment… Got more pressing issue on hand… I.e. Packing my stuff and going to the Fantasy Island that is known as Batam. (11:20 Ferry, anyone going Batam today?) |
