Bcos if u place single, once ICA check with system, and spotted a different status, they will disapproved yr visa as they will think that you r not sincere with them, if u apply divorce, they will do a check on the system wonder it TRUE....secondly, we can't 100% trust PRC in terms of sure issue....some PRC are very blur or act blur....u get what I mean....

U made me blur..... no paper at the first place, how the authority has the updated marriage status? A wedding dinner dun indicate a legal marriage. So in China if I held dinners with various women, I'm married a few times? Which is an offence??

Not the authority problem, it the lady problem, some prc are joker, they always acting blur, it better to play safe than sorry....secondly TS did not know her background much, just based on a trust to believe her word of mouth, say she did not, what if she did....unless she able to get a cert. prove from china beijing embassy endorsement to prove her single status, then I will ask him to state as single, but now, my answer still Divorced....as I always don trust them much even many of my gfs are PRC. This might not apply to most of u guys, but it a safer lvl for me as singaporean.

The reasons why I said you are bullshitting sometimes is:
1) my brother himself dont earn even 1.5k per month and still got his wife PR followed by Citizen.
2) I dont earn 3.5k per month and my wife got her PR on 1st try.
3) Both my sis-in-law and my wife dont have a degree.
4) I dont even apply for LTSVP for my wife but straight for PR.
5) When I go collect PR with my wife....I talk to another girl who also got her PR...she is working in Singapore and not even earning more than 3k monthly but still got her PR (not married to local guy)


So if it is as wat you say ICA is very strict for LTSVP, I will presume that PR will be even stricter....No degree No 3.5k but still can get PR....maybe luck...maybe
