Agreed. In Sillypore, please don't take things in your own hands. Despite your good intentions, you will be penalized 10 times over.

If the guy does it over and over again, he will be caught by the owners and operators of the KTVs and pubs. Never underestimate these guys - they have their own backing. Think about it, if they can't even handle one such scum, they will face a big problem because they will attract a big pool of such scums to take advantage of them.

Take it easy. As a customer and friend, you should help when the situation calls for it but please don't take things in your own hands.
