Yes I live in a small town of Dongguan City call Changping.
A place where the economy relies heavily on the entertainment/service industry but have since crashed since Feb 2014 due to a major government crackdown on entertainment venues.

Changping Town has a very strategic location in the Pearl River Delta region.
Since 2007 a high speed CRH train between Hong Kong and Guangzhou went into service and Changping has a station right smack in the middle.
By 2016 an Inter-City Metro Train line between Huizhou and Dongguan will go into service.
Changping (like an Emperor's favourite son) has 2 Metro Train Stations in this China Tier 3 City standard small town.

The local market crash has already hit or nearing the bottom.
The only trend now will go up.
Long term wise the real estate and investments will only go up up up.
I'd like anyone to enlighten me if there's any small backward town in this world that within 10 years has received so much modern infrastructure upgrades from their government into just a tiny plot of land.

Hope all readers have a better insight on the place where I call home during this phase of my life.

I have a habit of eating very fast, so sometimes the satay meat so small piece so I take 2 sticks and eat at the same time so 1 bite $1.40 gone liao
