During confinement, you need to be mindful of the food you take. Also, engage those Malay confinement "expert" lady that comes over to your house to bind your body to preserve your body back to its original state. Can be done if you get the right person.

But if you opt for caesarian birth, good luck to you. I don't encourage it; for the sake of my wife's well being and her long term health.

Why I do not enocurage C-section birth is simple. When a person undergo operation, his/her "Chi" <inner strength> will be lost and this can never be restore to its original form.

Secondly, once a woman had a C-section, subsequent child-birth MAY have to go through the same operation; natural birth may have some complications. Can you imagine if you want more than 3 kids? OMG, your wife will have to be operated 2 more times.

Thirdly, it is expensive. The medical bill you incur for the doctor to operate on her can better be spent for her after-care services.

Lastly, during the confinement period where a woman who had given birth is supposed to be recuperating with healthy food and breastfeed the newborn to establish a strong bond. A C-section woman will need to be confine to the bed and not able to tend to the newborn in the initial week.

As far as I am concern, a caesarian operation should only be the last resort when the natural birth fails. Your doctor will be able to advise you better.

Let me give a quote from a woman who had a natural and C-section.

I have had both. The natural birth is painful which can be
controlled and very hard work. For me the bond was there
immediately. The section was very clinical and the bond
was not there at first which was quite upsetting. Body
wise a natural all went back to normal with pre and post
pelvic floor.(Lots of).Although a little sore for about 6
weeks. A section I felt as though I had been run over by a
bus for 6 weeks and two years later I still get pain on
the scar. My stomach has an overhang where the scar is.
Also you have no control in the whole procedure. It is
your choice no one can tell you what to do and everybody
is different.Me personally I would never have a c section
again even though everything went perfect.

they are mainly few reasons for the cause of changes experienced in a woman's body shape..... i do doubt if being sexually active cause a change in the body size from sideways... the sex workers are active in sex but still in good n stunning shape. so it may not be extremely accurate.but i concurred that there's a possible linkage between sex n body shape...

Thanks again for all the advices again!!

I had another long talk (well, mostly me doing the talking) with my gf again in the weekend after she threw another tantrum and complained about me not going to gym on friday (I had to complete some work). A long talk that involve her complaining on all small matters that she can find, right down to me forgetting to shave sometimes, didn't bring her water to drink sometimes etc... and I countered every thing she said until she has nothing left to complain anymore. Then she resort to her famous tactic of saying I now love her less then I used to. Anyway to make things short, I finally hug her back, she resisted for a while and then gave in. We didn't have sex mind you, both are too confused to do so but hugging her made those old feelings for her came back and I do realise I really love my gf... alot...

So, after a nice weekend, my gf was very nice to me except for a few more tantrums but nothing that she make it big so its ok. I hope all bros wont kill me but I am still going to continue on with the wedding...

First I like to congratulate your aunt for her coming marriage. Wish her a happy sex fullfilling healthy life.

You are right on a few points to maintain good body shape which is to exercise regularly even after marriage. Avoid pills [and perhaps your man sperms] for sexual activities.

However, as to the question of whether a woman with high sexual drive can still preserve her beautiful body shapes, I beg to stick to my believe that it will be out-of-shape, altough it may not be that oblvious.

On many occasions [not ocassions] whenever my wife and I were strolling along busy streets and come across sexy ladies ahead of us. She would whisper to me, "This lady has high sexual drive! Just look at the hip area. There is a sudden kink from the hip to the leg! Must have forcefully bent by heavy weight guys." or "Look at the other lady with backside protuding out. She must have like doggy style or have PCC too much!"

True or not, let's leave it to other guys to comment. One thing for sure, the hip thing is a very good guage. Believe me.
