Biggest social networking would be the usual fb, twitter and kakao story.

As for dating sites the big/popular ones like duo are concentrated around marriage so not sure if it would help with your goals. I never tried since it costs money but apparently the random chatting apps are where people are picking up both regular girls or working girls these days.
