Having at least 1 FR is a good thing. Bros willing to share their experience are good bros. Of course, bros who are willing to share their lobangs are even better bros.

We should encourage that kind of spirit.

I understand your stand. But think of it this way, the criteria of having 1 FR would serve to deter some AV/Press/Assholes who do not have one in the first place. Making a credible FR would take time and energy. It serves as a kind of protection from these guys.

Of course, it does not FULLY protect BB. In the first place, no FLs can be fully protected. If someone want to deliberately harm BB, no amount of criterias (short of not sharing in the 1st place) would save her. We're just making it a little bit more difficult.
