Yes only $70. but only for the first visit there i did that. Usually that is how i bargain. I usually only bring $120 to restaurant. Cause i dun want to over eat. After paying for the private room, i will have $4 or $2. Then I will put the $2 or $4 with my $70 and hide the other $10.
In case i dun like their service, I can dun pay for full. So when I was there the first time, i took out only $72, the waitress ask me wallet no more cash? I show her my pocket is flat. She smiled and say is ok, $70 also ok. That made her score in her GEMS rating!
In my next visit, i always ended up paying her additional tips.
This is for sharing purpose, please do not exercise this cheapo tactics on the waitress. They deserve it if they have provide good service. So do not short change them.
