despite the excessive demand these days, i think the TN/HC biz is still very lucrative. if yr quality of massage is there, you can still capture a good slice of the mkt. if yr gals have the added quality in the looks dept, that is a even greater plus pt. but it's not easy employing masseuse these days cos our garment is quite stringent on work permits. usually those that you see are mostly locals or PRs. PRs are mostly MILFs. but if lucky, you may find a quite young one who qualified for PR after working/studied here a few years or those who married s'poreans. but that's quite rare these days.
