What do you mean you had "Gonorrhoea 2nd time from the same WL"?? If I read you correctly, you recovered from the disease and went back to the same WL and immediately caught the disease again, is that correct??

Then the DSC is not doing their job as the WLs in GL has to be tested for all STDs under the sun including HIV. If the WL has contracted any STDs, they will be shipped out immediately, let alone stay in GL, giving you time to recover from your 1st Gonorrhoea stint, and returning to contract it again from the "SAME WL".

Have you eliminated all other possible sources of the disease? Based on the way I see it, the WL is not the one that passed the disease to you.

Dun be too quick to put the blame on the DSC........ not all WLs report to DSC for testing. The WLs are free to go to any doctor on a list approved by AV for their weekly checkups...... these doctors are supposed to report to DSC/MOH if the WLs have caught some crap but then not all doctors do that. Some will give medication to the WL to clear the crap and not report her.

Even if DSC/MOH is informed..... it is the AV that is tasked to call the WL in and not DSC.

Want to blame someone then you should blame the AV as most likely the delay is caused at their end.
