1st trimester, 1st 3 months, is the most dangerous because the foetus is the most fragile then.

2nd trimester, it is safe for most pregnancies. But best to get the green light from the doctor.

3rd trimester depends on your size. If you are an average 4-5 incher, that should not be a problem. But again check with the doctor.

All bets are off if the pregnancy is complicated.
