Sex before IPPT = Pass

For this young firebird sex before IPPT is still a no no. So far after every session legs very wobbly.

As long you don't overstrain by doing marathon sex before IPPT, it should be all right.

It might work for you. But I don't dare to try your method after reading so many cases of triathlon heart attacks which leads to death. For me, I just try my best. I won't go for EXTREMES which might lead to tragedy. After all, it's only IPPT. Won't die if you cannot pass. Just go for 2 months RT nia.

Hahaha last time my generation only kid about old buggers dying happy during sex.

But sad to see and hear that so many fit youngsters dropping like flies during such runs.

Pcc to me affect leh, shack out really no stamina esp if next day run, but don't seem to affect after 2 weeks lah.

Haha, cannot tahan also bo pian, to siam RT. I also only like train 2.4 during this 2 weeks, maybe run about 5 times, just to make sure can scrap thru 2.4.

Bro agree wif you, but still need to pass albeit marginal can liao, else RT, less time to cheong. Can always use RT (even though don hv) as excuse to go out if bros got OC .... heehee

ok ... well use to be a regular visitor of Khatib camp for RT so after 1 session decided to visit HC @ middle road ... guess wht did a 3sum inside and i performed well ... so from that on ...upon every RT I will visit that HC to have my Bonking ....
