I would appreciate it if you would elaborate what "re-opened" actually means; is there flower street? And if no flower street, how do the Ktv introduce their girls to the customers? Do they have girls for us to pick and chose etc.

Last night when some of these ktvs opened already, was there any gongan checks? What activities are allowed? In fact I'd think most of us here would appreciate you advising us any and all information.
