there are 2 HFJs opposite zara, namely Hong Kong Palace and Pebbles.
there should still be a lot of singers in HKP.
but now I prefer economical joints with nightcluub concept such as zara.
when horny, can a gal or 2 to get wild.
when no energy for any action and just want to talk cock, can get a singer to sit around.
personally, value for money during bad times.
not too sure if club jade is just as economical as zara and macau?!

Thanks brok9696, heard when 50s moved up to 4th floor and turned 60s, new singers parading now...wonder if it's still worth going there and if there are now happenings again?
Some time ago went there and quite like the singing, much better than many places. Also they have a great girl pianist, can sing well...

Yes, the Pianist is good.
The singers, some really good, on average is still not a bad place to go.
I do not know your meaning of "Happenings again"
I can say is fine to sit and relax, any happenings - it all depends
on your "口才".

Yo! bro, thanks for the tip... went there last nite, pretty quite nite thou, pianist very pretty, in my opinion, and can sing good. but looks kinda ex- to chionh on leh... any idea much appreciated... also went to zara like you mentioned and not much of a place to chill off cos the singers all not much looker leh...but the ktv rooms full of action n syt in ktv room wear very revealing...didn't try thou..sigh!!
