Weekend's rate is very expensive, the last time I checked was around S$180 for 27 holes on Ocean and Forest course.
And we should also get RM + possible few more kakis from Jkt to join in the fun...

Since I can play 18 holes here for 100-150RM, the whole trip with fuel, car park, toll, ferry, immigration etc. is unreasonable for me.

What's the big deal with carrying the Golf bag, you must already noticed that in Jkt airport there's those guy wearing shirt with big words saying PORTER, they can handle your golf bag.
As for shoes, bring the soft spikes to be safe...
