This is my first FR in SBF..

Went to CQ for work in early august, sad to hear from friends that it was the Yanda period..

After i checked into the hotel, went to check if there is any happening in the hotel... To my surprise, the hotel actually closed off 1 level to avoid Yanda. this level could be accessed only by stairs.

I was led to a room, and girls were slowly brought in for me to choose...Looks were so-so if compared to the MM in CD or CQ.

I chose a girl aged 22 from CQ and asked her to come to my room... cut the story short

Was in Chengdu for a week from 16Aug. I'm more into massage so KTV is out for me. To cheong bars, you have 九眼桥, 少陵路, Shangri=La Hotel area. I went to Hooters in 科华北路力宝大厦, not too bad. 一品天下 is the area you have massage place & lots of makan, I often patronised the area. Go to this website: www.hsgic.com I like the branch at 一品天下, name of the shop, 魔指仙境. This is the place that provide foot massage & sexy body massage and that's where I get to know my Chengdu galfriend. They have 5 shops in Chengu alone. For that sexy massage, they are not allow to release for you for the fear of getting sacked but of course I have my glib of tongue. Paying cash after the massage at the counter is more expensive, if u r keen, take up their membership with min. RMB1000. 1 x 90mins massage cost ~ RMB220 in cash, member ~ RMB120 which can be deducted from your memebership. Furthermore, free lodging after 12am or 1am, makan & drinking FOC! All the staff are not allow to take tips, for that matter most places don't have tipping practice. I stayed @ Garden city hotel that cost me RMB290/nite with breakfast, a bit old but next to shopping ctr & they have a travel agency for yr travelling needs. All taxi run on meters with starting fare of RMB5/6/7. Peak hours 7-9am & 5-8pm is a mad rush to take a cab, u have to fight for one, I advice, leave the hotel outside these hours. Most times I returned to hotel @ 4am, at times 7am! Get local magazine at Starbucks cafe to know more info on makan & drinking. 锦里, 文殊坊, 宽窄巷子 are old streets with shops/makan/drink, very relax tea drinking too. It helps to know Mandarin & of course a local gal to bring you around, you will fall in love with this place, I did.

It is a wrong time to come Chengdu as the Yan Da is still going on. In the hotel where I stay, the KTV is reduced to a singing joint. There are rooms, but without girls.

The hotel suana centre is the only place that on can seek relief. I was told by the Front Desk manager that the situation is quite tense in the whole of Chengdu. A joint managed by my HK friend is als closed for the moment.

luckily u r only there for a short time and the hc is still open.....enjoy.....awaiting ur return to cheong again.....meanwhile enjoy the mooncake festival in CD

Luckily, I manage to hook up with an old friend who is now running an optcal shop by herself. The problem is partially solved, and with the HC around, I am still okay. This is to ensure that the sun will stil rise from the East.

The hotel HC is safe and room service is available. Do call the HC first to confirm and check out the price. If they allow female masseuses to come to room to perform service chances are you will have full service.

Those distributing calling cards is a strict No No! You were lucky last time.
