First, let me say I use the hotel room for 3 things; sleeping, massage, and coupling. Therefore I find the chinese chain 7DaysInn works great for me. Clean, safe, internet, hot water, and no questions on visitors, even after mid-nite. Plus, they have many locations in BJ, so you can locate anywhere, for a mere 200rmb per nite.
Second, I had great luck with "Beijing Water Lotus Wellness Center". Depending on location, 30 to 40 minutes after calling, A pretty lady will present herself to you. Don't like what you see? Send her away, no questions. (of course you pay taxi, but you do that anyway) Services are in my opinion excellent, the "Full Service Option" is very satisfying and not rushed.
