indo not enough pig leh. banana hard to sell. but durian u want? can send u one container everyday.

U sure April can join u up there??? BTW u looking to rent a house or buying 1?? If buying I'm interested in joining u to view the apartment. Have no time to head there to look look at the new apartment.

dun want lah,durian only medan is good, if not Malaysia better. Did you have enough durian? China durian no good and expensive

In xiamen, I saw durian at Walmart or Carrefour, durian really CMI. but the mei mei really taste good

cant decide wat to buy. so i think i will rent first then buy later. i actually aiming to buy the "bao ma hua yuan"

I am newbie both to this forum and China. May I ask what is the going rental rate for that kind of apartment? Is the price for the same type of apartment differs very much in different location? I may go to Xiamen next month, dont mind I ask those stupid questios.

I used to rent one at Luo Ma Jia Ri Hua Yuan (Rome Holiday Garden) in Fuzhou. Bro Namelo might know about this place.

Quite a nice apartment. 1 bedroom cum hall, 1 small kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 small balcony, about 40sqm. cost me 1500RMB/mth.

My gal's friend rented a bigger unit at the same place, 3 bedroom apartment at 3000RMB. But the lease is 2 year. Understand that the longer you rent, the better price you can bargain for.

Of coz Xiamen property rental price will be higher than fuzhou.

The going rental in Xiamen is abt 1k to 5k. Rental price depends location, size...

Take example, my apartment in 湖賓北路 where it is near the govt offices, 110sqm, rental is 3.5k per mth.

If u staying alone or have a ger with u,which I think u will have if u staying there long. I suggest u get a smaller unit abt 50sqm, it is abt 1.5 - 2.5k.

If u need help in renting or buying an apartment, I can pass u a contact in Xiamen.
