they would organise weekly show! Doing weekly show is fine but these singers are required to have table booked by customers. Or else they will be fined. Then see every week with rotating of singers, you will feel like seeing the same old show. The worst part is weekly smses or call lol

well the owners are earning money from the singers. instead of paying them salary, the owners are squeezing the singers for the money.
therefore the owners are opening more and more, each singer they will squeeze them for a minimum S$2,500 a month. heard from a few singers form hau ching, hoomiko, club jiu and many others...the shops boss told them, no matter what, they will be deducted S$2,500 a month.
With that in mind, each shop can get a about 8 singers. thats about 16K a month for each shop open. the more the bosses open the more money they will get.
well wont be surprise if there are about 250 HFJ now.
oh ya... Pretty Star at carpenter street is reopening, new owner. not a bad place to watch football.. except sometimes you have old uncles singing badly there.

Not exactly that all club squeezing the singers for money...come down to all dollars & cents that owners invested in those HFJ,it may not even enuf to cover the rental.
Infact it's a win-win situations... Singers gets to make their monies,with an average of 70-80% of their monthly flowers..Owners gets abt 20-30% of that share.
As for smaller joints which seems difficult for singers to achieve their min quota den will the owners does a min deductions,as this sort of plan will motivates the singers to work harder & please all bros who patronise the HFJ...; )

last night I was required to attend one 强制定座 But very bored so I only hanged 100 and left after the 10 pm wc game so she still had to be fined 300 lol she smsed she was humiliated cos she refused to go out with one customer who hanged a couple of ks during ppc

these singers very poor thing hor...i was talking to this singer...so sturborn don't want to entertain clients...dont wat to chu...how to earn money....if they dun wan to work for it...out of goodwill most hang them 50 100 only mah....unless they got hundred of such customers how to survive..

I would normally advise such singers to simply quit. One simply cannot survive in this industry by being 清高. One singer once told me that she liked accompanying me because I do not have any 要求. I pointed out straight that customers like me do not pay her bills.

yeah i agree....i spend 100 on normal girl they are quite happy...but doesn't help a singer much...and as you said if no special request why should i hang her 5k or more...

Ya dun think she can survive long. she was previously from a high end joint so bring along no go attitude to this mid level joint. after throw a few ks then rejected, some customers still give face, but others will be nasty.
