OT itself will close in terms of entertainment wise so at night it is a ghost town. However, the thai food restaurants will be open from what i heard from the bosses. So it is a hit or miss for the massage.

I walk in there around 130pm and MP level 2 open 3 shops level 3 1 shop. Other than that, no one is inside it's a ghost town.. Thai food is open too.
