Once again.. i have to turn to the keyboard to pen down my thoughts...

Last Friday nite... i manage to meet up with Fatty and Ah Keong for drinks again at our usual place... Thank Goodness for these 2 brothers who is always by my side whenever i am down....

Fatty: So how r things lately?
Me: Career wise nt that smooth ever since the shanghai incident...
Ah Keong: Told u rite... but u iron teeth...
Fatty: What abt Yvonne then...
Me: Haiz.... ( I took a deep sip of beer then)...
Ah Keong: R u k?... need to have more drinks in order to make u tok?.. ( We all laughed at this joke...)
Fatty: Lai... i pour u more drinks... ( Fatty then topped up my glass of martell)
Me: Wha lan... another drink again...
Fatty: Bobian this is the only way to make u tok...
Ah Keong: Lai Ta....

Soon we managed to toast a few rounds and i am beginning to feel more relaxed...

Me: Brothers.. since i have decided to go back to Yvonne to be by her side at this pt of time.. when she is hurting... i have been struggling with my emotions...
Fatty: Hmmn... u r just doing what u r supposed to be doing... cos after all she is yr gd friend...
Me: But at times i almost want to give in to my emotions... and just hold her hands again...
Fatty: U cant do that bro.. u will easily cross the line if u do that de...
Me: Exactly...
FattY: Brother have u ever wondered that u guys have sent a high benchmark for each other kam cheng....
Me; What do u meant?...
Fatty: Can u really forget the things she have ever done for u.. likewise can she forget the stuff that u have done for her...
Ah Keong: That is y u all just cant forget each other easily...
Me: But there is nothing we can do abt this Kam cheng... as we r both married... ( At this statement... i start to drown myself with liqour again)...

At that moment my mobile ring again....

Yvonne: Wru?
Me: Me drinking with fatty and ah keong...
Yvonne: Can i join u all since it have been ages since i met up with fatty and ah keong again...
Me: K then.. ( I give her the address)

Back to my brothers again..

Me: Bros Yvonne is joining us for drinks...
Fatty: r u serious?...
Me: Really she is coming...
Ah Keong: Knn u better reduce yr drinking now...
Me: No worries.. i will cut down... if nt i will have problems suppressing my emotions...
Fatty: Like that.. also very xin ku ( Very siong) for u....

( Yvonne was smiling sweetly... and i was feeling abit nervous too... as this is my fav song... but do nt have a chance to sing with her as we have already broken off at that pt of time.... one of the songs which can express my feelings well for her)...

( In my heart.. i was thinking... knn what r they trying to do?.. so bobian i start to move closer to her...).. Songs were sung that day and as it goes by... i start to drink more as my emotions start to rise... Yvonne was also drinking quite a bit.. and she was soon a abit tipsy after a couple of hard liqour.. But then... all these songs cannot go on in this way... as it is too emo le... will affect our feelings easily... All of a sudden.. i thought of this song which bro ben have posted earlier... Meanwhile we continued with our boozing session but i am careful nt to let her drink too much as i am worried that she may get drunk easily...

My turn soon came and as i sing this song to her... i realised that her expression seem to be changing... ( It is nt a gd sign as i can sense sadness and anger... from her face)..

At that moment of time.. there is a bastard from another table who actually jio Yvonne for a duet... ( There is a table of 5 guys... ) and she agreed for a duet with him... Meanwhile i managed to keep my cool but i continued to keep a sharp eye on Yvonne as i could nt trust that bastard..

Fatty: Watch out bro.. that guy is trying to be funny...
Me: Yup i know... brothers whatever happen later... pls dun get involved k...
Fatty: Bro dun be rash...
Me: Knn they r trying to guan her with jiu.. i have to stop them... ( I then roll up my sleeve)

I then head towards that table...

Me: Hey stop liao.. she is my gf...
Yvonne: Gf only meh.. i want to be yr wife...
Bastard A: What r u trying to do?..
Me: Yr ears have problem is it... u never hear what i say ah.. she is my gf k...
( At that pt of time.. my blood was boiling as i am abit pek chek... under the influence of liqour ba... I am nt in my usual self of calmness)

( I started to pull Yvonne away while that bastard A is damn buay song too... and his friends soon stand up too... meanwhile fatty and ah keong also stood up for me while i continue to pull yvonne away...)

Me: Dear.. do u want to go with me or join them...
Yvonne: I want to be with u...
Me: k then get out of here... ( I hold her arms gently and lead her out of the pub while that bastard is staring at me)

Me: Can u pls love yrself more...
Yvonne: U still care abt me meh.. u rather push me back to my hubby...
Me: Is it wrong for me to wish u happiness?...
Yvonne: But i want to be yr wife...
Me: u r nt in a sober mind... we r both married with kids le...
Yvonne: Since u dun want me.. let me go back to that table again...
Me: Nope.. u cant do that...

( All of a sudden... i pull her back and hold her close to my arms...)

Me: I wun allow u to be hurt again...
Yvonne: u r hurting me already by pushing me back to my hubby...

With my emotions rising.. i hug her tightly... and the impulse to kiss her on the forehead is very strong again.......... but somehow i hold back my feelings.... and it is very draining for me to do so at the same time... our eyes met each other and i can feel our lips r approaching each other again... but at that sharp moment of time... i remember my words to myself: Under no circumstances will I be be tempted to cross the boundary with her) This sharp thought came in at the rite moment and i begin to turn my face away...

There is a long pause after that... nobody utter a single word...

Yvonne: y r u always so rational when it comes to feelings...
Me: Cos i dun want to hurt u... dun want u to have any regrets...whatever we r doing is wrong for i dun want to betray my wife again and again...
Yvonne: do u still love her...
Me: i duno.. but she is my wife....
Yvonne: i know... ( Her voice is choking with sadness too and soon i lead her back to Fatty and Ah keong)...

Fatty: Let her rest ba.. as she is abit drunk le...
Me: Yup...
Ah Keong: R u k?...
Me; Nt really... i am emotionally drained le... very tired... ( Tears swelled in my eyes again but i will nt allow it to flow down de... i still want to retain my pride in front of my brothers...)
Fatty: Late le... dun drink too much as u still need to sent her hm de...
Me: Yup....


That nite.... i drive her home with a heavy heart and mind... i wanted so much to tell her how much i love her... but i cant.... so much thoughts came to my mind and yet i cant express at all.................
