Just my 2cents worth......

1) Own Expectations.
if a person has insatiable expectations, he/she will never have importance in their vocab. Bcoz' wat evr achvmnt attnd, will alwiz seem small comprd to their next goal. So start right, hav realistic goals/expectations in life.

2) economic stability
regardless whether we want to accept or not, tis is crucial to determine if other goals are attainable. No food = no love. No income = no status, no friends. Remember, we talking of a lifelong importance/priorities. In every living breath, we need economic sustainability.

3) Family
Every person's character and personality are influence to a lrg degree by their familial ties, Bcoz it forms 100% of a baby's influence, 90% of a toddler's influence, 80% of a child's influence, 70% of a adolescent's influence (primary), 60% of a sec sch students' influence, 50% of a teen's influence.
Beyond teens (of ard 19/20 y.o) we tend to hv fixated habits and reasons.
Family is the backbone of the person's views on his/her priorities n importance value in life. It should also rank higher than his/her priorities in love becoz their views on love are formed by these early influences.

The rest follows by either : based on individual's background/influences/culture and beliefs)

Desires (incl 5C's / sex / etc)
Love (emotional needs)
Theological (spiritual fulfillment, mind ovr body experience)
Tangible gratification (sports, hobbies, shopping, food, interest, 5sensory)
