Anyway not much action for me at PP... Was there 4 nights... The street 136 really as like the bros mentioned above, mostly all below average quality..
I went to clubs like pontoon and edm 3, and darling darling at naga also nothing much.. Of course at Pontoon u see a few girls looking to solicit..

Edm 3 was the most happening club but the crowd r boring.. The dj must be so unamused.. Other than that is just a regular club with some good looking viet /prc girls sitting at sofa areas with their tiongs (I guess).... Other than that the crowds is just mix of local and mostly Asian tourists

Darling darling lounge at naga pinoy band was boring and girl quality also just as mediocre or below average. Lol. 50 usd minimum for sitting..

On finding chix on apps like wechat nearby ppl u can forget it bcoz it is full with fake accs.... Added almost 30 - 40 accs but only can identify 2 or 3 genuine accs.. 1 freelance and 1 bar girl which u can bar fine and st she quoted 150 - didn't bother to nego more as not that interested..

Overall I don't think I will go back there.... Advisable only if u r not fussy eaters or if u like girl with tanned skin maybe u can find something.. Cant really comment on prices as didn't really nego with Any1 as No1 I saw was to my cup of tea... If u r like me finding for Asian white skin then can almost forget it

Only thing I missed was ktv bcoz I figured not my thing bcoz I don't do substance and I don't enjoy being constricted within 4 walls already..

Boy it was so hot the 5 days I was there totally can't go out 1.. I usually like to explore during the daytime but no way can do it with that kinda weather

Oh only 1 place not bad had girls strip with minimum 5 drinks at 4.5 usd a drink is a place called Intoxica, at street 130 I think.. Can go... Beer can 2.5..
But have to strip the girl quick otws they finish their iced down girly beers then they keep asking for more. Hahahhaah

Heard that price of st and lt in the bar street now raise till insane price like 150 to 200usd a night… where in the past 50-100 can overnight. Was in Nagaworld for a few nights and honestly its a pretty good option in Phnom Penh. They got a pretty busy FL joint called Darling Darling with locals, Viet and Thai. Also a good reasonably priced KTV with a lot of options. There is also a FTV club with FL's but the music was too loud for me.

You don't need to risk going out and can just spend the entire time in the hotel complex, they got lot of restaurants, casinos, shopping etc.

Tried venturing outside for a couple of nights, got ripped off in a KTV and the girn options outside are nowhere as good as inside.

Was in 136-130 area yesterday with a fellow bro.

Inflation played out, I was quoted 15$ for bar fine while it used to be 10$ before covid. They tried to charge us 20$ per girl but revised the bill after we told them the quotation was lower.

My new friend announced the damage for the night at 100$ so no increase there (I'm foreigner) however I experienced shrinkflation as she told me she had to leave by 4am I accepted

Just before leaving she asked if we could bring her bff along, we paid her bar fine too. It ended up a very good investment as we had one of the best nights after. Went to Epic 2 then LOVE (much more crowd at the latter). Came back to the hotel at 2.30am and the two best friends showed me an amazing tag team game. What a crazy place

Bar fine now range from 15-20 and short time is 100 and overnight is 150 for bar… you can try to bargain and see if the girl ok with it… still can lower the price but if you not a good bargain this price is the basic guide line for newbie who is going there to play now… ktv can be ridiculous pricing now… ranging from 600-900usd for the viets girls there 🥹

Cambodian American here in PP till the 16th. I can speak Khmer but not experienced at all in mongering scene. Looking to have a few buddies for girly bars and maybe some local KTV scene. Of course we're going Dutch in term of bill. State your time and date and I'll try to coordinate. Either we all learning new experiences or some experienced bro can show us the rope. Been seeing these little dingy looking passage parlor in residential area all over PP. Decided to try it last night and check out the this type of mongering scene first hand.

1st spot: Street 2004. As I drive by this shop, the girls called out to me in Chinese saying Boom Boom. Went in and indicate I’m actually Cambodian. Told them I want a massage. Picked a friendly girl and she led me to the little wooden partition inside the house. Told to strip down to my underwear and lay facedown. Massage and conversation started. I was expecting her to start doing something naughty that can end up in Happy Ending. Nope! Nothing happened. Terrible massage and that’s all there is to it. Massage itself is $2.5 and I gave her $5. Maybe because I’m Cambodian and look like I’m rather innocent so the girl didn’t dare to offer to avoid me looking down on her (Cambodian mentality at play here.) she was friendly enough and I like her. Too bad I got blue ball here. Should have just asked her straight up instead. Mistake #1.

2nd spot: after the blue balled situation in the first spot, I went to the Chinese street neighborhood in front of the airport. A bit of massage shops in the side street. Drove around and went in to a secluded shop. This time I pretended to be Chinese and speak Chinese to them to inquire about prices. Massage $5, boom boom $20. Picked my girl and headed up stair. Room is dark with one night light on. No shower in the room and we both didn’t wash before the act either (I prefer wash up before and after the act to be honest.) During the act, she is a star fish and I can start to smell an off putting odor from down there. At this point I just want to finish quickly to be on my way home to shower. No smiling through the session until I handed her $20 plus $2.5 tip.

Conclusion: if you don’t care about sanitation level and just want a cheap boom boom, these are your spot. Make sure you discuss about the price before hand for all the services you want. Also, make sure your money and items are never out of your sight because I think one of the spot steal $10 from my bag because I purposely only carried $40 with me and I only have $5 left when I got home. I was expecting this. Overall, this isn’t my kind of fun. I want to build rapport with the girls first before the act so I can at least try to weed out the star fish in the future and get to actually have fun and not just a partnered “masturbation”.
