IMHO....
Those gals who do not have high standards are LOW standards aka ugly, short, fat, low income, low educated, etc... and vice versa to the guys.

If those people are up to the mark and swamped by bees, do u think they will consider a Joe-next-door or Ugly-Swarm? Think hard... nobody loves losers, and winners take it all... with their pride.

So, tell me, who would choose them? If you hold high social status, would u choose them and vice versa? Not sure about U, but not over my dead body

i seriously thought i am the only one who feels like the threadstarter desribed, but because of this thread, I really feels like"hey, i have a lot of bros out there who feel the same way as I am"

Me too, always tried to look for a decent gal to be my GF, but so far damn no luck. In my high school exp, I finally fall in love with a gal on my final year of school!! Probably i kena karma, court her and her sister also. In the end, total failure. 2nd time, I really kena karma, interested in a gal when i was in uni, but that slut 2 time me. Keep giving me false hope saying that she will break up with that guy but in the end still choose the other guy and give me f*ed up reasons.

All my experiences are only got feelings for each others (confessed love to each others), but cannot make it into GF/BF relationship. I myself also wonder why. I'm not bad looking (seriously ), got decent education (Bachelor degree), and money ok la(not rich and not poor,average in my standard) and now 22 years old.

But somehow, i CANNOT find a gal that i can give my love to. I did cry sometimes in the night, asking myself and heaven when will she appears in my life. Sigh.


I used to believe that TRUE LOVE trully exists. But now, I'm not so sure anymore.

Is it true that all the gals now in the world only love fame and fortune and dun love us man anymore???

True love still does exists but its like like 1% existence in a sea of materialism.. so take it easy and go for foreign brides (not prc though)... vietnam will be a good start and go for the village girls. You won't regret....

i do believe that there is still true love out there, so long one does not just settle for anyone that comes along. have to wait it out (but dont blame me if u end up old and alone hor!!! it's your own choice...) and according to my own experience, i had to kiss a lot of pretenders along the way. but i still persisted and never hesitated to break up once i knew the cold hard truth. procrastinate and one will end up bitter and stuck in a loveless marriage. seen too many examples of that. just my 2 cents.

my youngest bro is reading this with me and he told me to put this down for him. his good-looking colleague, late 20s, for no rhyme or reason, suddenly went to vietnam to look for a wife. got married a year back. problems r surfacing. his wife is constantly pestering him to send money back to her family in vietnam. a lot of excuses. repair house cos house in unliveable condition lah, buy land, buy bike, buy ox, buy this and buy that. they guy only makes something like 1.5k a month. got to pay for hdb flat here, got to feed the family and just had a baby. still kena pestered for several thousand dollars every few weeks. thus, very dependent on luck.
