Venue is not a issue , I have many places in mind that can easy house 50 in comfort . Its how many is interested cos food wise will be a issue for BBQ .

BBQ needs firestarter and people to jaga the pits ... have to marinate food and storage.

else it's just dial a pizza and BYO junk food and Beverages perhaps ?
