1) It is still soft opening. It is near Tembesi area. If not wrong, that area is a bit further from Muka Kuning. As Bro Wala mentioned, it is targeted at much lower class. Furthermore, Top 100's marketing strategy always at lower class. Hard to estimate the development. Yes, similar concept as Nagoya Hill, Habour Bay and upcoming Kepri mall. Next time you start the conversation mention that upcoming largest shopping mall in Kepri (all the Riau Island), called Kepri Mall. The competition get heated! So many malls, less customers, then should be MORE CEWEKS! (My genius Idea!)

2) Bro, Queen is the one with the best environment for short time. I think one of the cleanest and better. Other than queen, 2 places with better environment I can think if will be a)a nice hotel room b)massage place with terapists. Anyway, just to let you know I ranked in the following

Queen->New Berlian (decent,just moved)-> Indah 2 --> Femina (You won't want to try femina. Another 2 potential places I haven't tried are (maybe) massage 82 and berry indah.

Massage 82 just moved to a new location few block down. Berry Indah? Where is it?

Back to tembesi area, it is so far out, and it is near to the lower end people like those staying in Batu Haji and it is only a short way to barelang bridge....

I do suggest foreigners who are not familiar with batam not to go there, other than if you got some things or business there. At least in town area like Batu AMpar or nagoya, you can get wherever you want to go, by taxi. That is a rural area and no entertainment that is suitable for those who are not familiar.

Also, the people there are more kampong, and if you get into an accident there, RUN. Dont stop. Or the villagers will kick your ass when you get off the car.

You go Batam on regular basis? Then try out Batam CEntre golden fingers, at batam centre hotel. It is further down from Sydney towards the ferry, on the left side.

Few years back, I went once to New Berlian for short-time. When I went up to the 2nd fl, I found out that the place is dark, stuffy and feel no air-con. The fucking bed is small and the partition is low. You can hear clearly the next door action, fucking noise, pak…pak…pak….(he…he…he….) And their bathing is so loud. The noise make my didi can’t standup 100%. How hard I bang my cewek, still can’t ejaculate. After the action, my sweat is streaming from head to toe. Bathe cool water. Bathroom abit eerie. So, until now I did not book short-time again.

Femina 958 and Queen are much better. At least their places are much brighter but still feel very hot. Air-con is very low.

But now, Queen has renovated very beautifully, clean, more comfortable, air-con is good and with hot bath. So, always go there until the ceweks keep giggling when they see me. Malu………….. I go batam almost once a month. So, intended to go round every fuck shop alternately instead of having short-time only at Queen.
